The Right Diet!
How on earth do you find the right diet?
You have to find the one that suits you best and not one that requires you to change your entire life to be successful. If its too diverse from what you are used to then you are more likely to give up easily. Not good for a new years resolution is it?
Can you spare any extra time for the gym? Do you have lots of time to prepare special dishes or keep weighing everything thats going into your mouth (in my case far too much!)? Do a bit of research.
Me? I enjoy Weight Watchers …. the diet I follow is the older ‘No Count’ diet. I have a list of foods that you can eat as much as you like on ie fresh fruit, veg, pasta, rice etc and the little extras I have to add up! Works for me but not everyone.
I sincerely wish everyone who is embarking on a New Years Diet the very very best of luck. If anyone would like to let me know how they are getting on I will gladly pass it on to inspire others.
